Payment- You can pay for your order via paypal or use visa/mc/discover. If you choose Paypal, you DO NOT need a Paypal account to submit payment. When you're directed to the Paypal website, to the left it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" Click the "continue" button and you'll be directed to enter your credit/debit card information. Your payment will be processed like any other website purchase. If you opt to use visa/mc/discover, you'll checkout like you would with any online purchase.
Shipping- Some items I have in stock (bows, headbands, leg warmies) and will ship quickly. Larger volume items or custom-fit dresses will take longer, sometimes two weeks. Depending on the season, some things will take longer to ship. Summer and Fall are my *extremely* busy times and my order list might be long so completion times will change.
I ship either USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. I do not ship with insurance but if you'd prefer to have it, please tell me and I'll add it to your invoice. I am not responsible for misdirected, lost or damaged items once they leave my hands. I take care of your package when its here but I'm not the Post Office and I can't promise they'll do the same.
International customers please contact me prior to ordering.
Returns- I do my best to accurately describe each item before its listed. If you feel your item has been misrepresented or you're not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I stand by my work 100% and will work with you to make things right. Due to the sometimes custom and always hygienic nature of hair products, it is very likely that I will not accept returns. If your order is custom, I will not accept ANY returns.
Sizes- When you receive your order, the tops and bottoms may not be the same size, this is because they may not be the same brand. Even within the same brand, 12 months in a skirt might not match 12 months in a top. I use my judgment to fit tops to bottoms.
